Grik Knife
Designed by custom knife maker Andrew Demko, the Cold Steel Grik is a versatile, pocket-friendly utility and everyday carry knife. Its distinctive modified spear point blade is crafted from heat-treated and cryo-quenched Japanese AUS 8A steel, offering an ideal balance between edge retention and ease of sharpening. The blade features a shallow spine indent for thumb leverage during tough tasks or index finger support for precision cutting. With a two-tone, satin-polished blade and a black polymer HTR thumb ramp, the Grik combines functionality with eye-catching design.
